2007 Central Coast Viognier |
| "The red-wine-drinker's white"
This wine has repeatedly made converts of people who claim they only like red wine. This dry white shows abundant tropical fruit aromas of apricot, peaches and orange blossom. This is an elegant wine that has the bright acid structure and elegant mouth-feel to enjoy as an apertif or with a meal. More Details |

2006 Dry Creek Sangiovese |
| "40 degrees"
The polesky-lentz vineyard has a block of sangiovese grosso on a steep hillside well-above the dry creek valley floor. So steep in fact that the top of one row is below the bottom of the next. This unique location has resulted in sangiovese vines that are appropriately stressed to produce a concentration and depth of flavor rarely achieved in California. Black cherry fruit with notable minerality and depth of earth and spice.

2006 Livermore Valley Petite Sirah |
| "bad-ass meets elegant"
We aged this wine in one-third new american oak barrels and two-thirds neutral french oak barrels. The difference in cooperage resulted in two distinct styles â one a giant oak "bad-ass" and the other a more fruit focused and nuanced "elegante." Their marriage in this blend has proven to highlight the best of both styles. This huge wine shows a deep, dark core of ripe plum and bramble berry fruit with toasted barrel components of cocoa and baking spice.

2006 Dry Creek Syrah |
| "bio-dyno-mite"
The untis are master growers of rhone varietals and we are delighted that a third of the fruit comes from their biodynamically farmed upper ranch. Four clones were blended to enhance complexity and depth of flavor. It exhibits concentrated black stone fruit with mushroom and meaty tones that can best be described as umami. It exhibits great balance and structure that should result in its improvement with age.
Available for pre-order only.
