 Unti Vineyards"bio-dyno-mite" The Untis are master growers of rhone varietals and we are delighted that much of the fruit comes from their biodynamically farmed upper ranch. Four clones were blended to enhance complexity and depth of flavor. It exhibits concentrated black stone fruit with mushroom and meaty tones that can best be described as umami. It exhibits great balance and structure and is drinking incredibly well. |
